Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

As a Payroll Coordinator, you will be the bridge between our Company and the Client's payroll team. You should have the required knowledge to::

  • Review the payroll processing, input Vs. Output, including salary calculations, statutory compliance, and tax deductions.
  • Follow up for inputs from the client in a timely manner as per the finalized calendar and ensure to submit processed payroll to the client team after your review and changes made if any required.
  • Coordinate with internal and client stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payroll processing.
  • Provide support in preparing reports on payroll metrics and trends.

This will be a good exposure for the selected candidate to a large manufacturing entity with more than 3000 employees. The candidate will also be guided by CAs while on the job.
