About the role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensure statutory compliance, and handle employee payroll-related queries. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and coordination with HR and Finance team

Responsibilities:

● Process monthly payroll for employees ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.

● Maintain attendance, leave, and overtime data for payroll processing.

● Calculate salaries, incentives, arrears, deductions, and full & final settlements. ● Manage statutory compliances including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and TDS.

● Prepare and file statutory returns and challans within due dates.

● Coordinate with HR and Finance for payroll inputs and validations.

● Handle employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies.Maintain payroll records, MIS reports, and documentation.

● Support internal and external audits related to payroll.

● Ensure confidentiality of employee payroll and compensation data.

Requirement:

● 1 - 3 years of experience in payroll processing.

● Hands-on experience with payroll software and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

● Strong knowledge of Indian payroll laws and statutory compliance.

● High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and time management.

● Good communication and coordination skills Commitments:

● Full-time, Work from Office, Bhayander

● Working hours are 09:30 am to 06:30 pm

● For the first half of every month (1st to 15th), the working days are Monday to Saturday. From the 16th onwards, weekends will be observed with Saturday and Sunday as weekly offs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
