Job Description

As an HRMS Operation at our company, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Generating form24Q, identifying issues, and providing guidance for rectification. - Configuring leave rules and policies as per client requirements for Leave Management. - Handling queries mainly related to Salary, Tax, Leave, and ESS. - Providing training to clients on maintaining process flow and streamlining their processes. - Offering statutory guidance. - Logging and resolving customer issues. - Corresponding with customers, including documentation of user guides and other resources. - Escalating and reproducing technical issues for the development team. In terms of qualifications, we are looking for someone with 0 to 2 years of experience in HRMS operations. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including paid sick time and paid time off. The work schedule is during the day shift from Monday to Friday. The work location is in person.,
