Payroll Developer

As a Software Developer at TechGlobal, you will be part of a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code across multiple clients. You will work closely with team members to ensure successful implementation of enhancements and maintenance tasks, while also focusing on developing new features to meet client needs. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting issues, providing solutions, and ensuring that the application functions optimally while meeting the required standards of quality and performance. You are expected to perform independently and become subject matter expert (SME) in your field. Active participation and contribution in team discussions, providing solutions to work-related problems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications are key aspects of this role. Additionally, you will conduct thorough testing and debugging of application components to deliver high-quality results. The ideal candidate should have experience with SAP HCM modules and integration with other SAP components, familiarity with programming languages relevant to SAP development, and a strong background in the EMEA, Asia Pacific Market, Enterprise Platforms. You should possess the ability to analyze and optimize existing code for performance improvements, along with excellent analytical, presentation, and soft skills for effective communication with business process owners. Confidence in communicating and presenting solutions at a business level to key stakeholders is essential. Being open to picking up new modules or roles for various work assignments is also a requirement. To qualify for this role, a 15 years full-time education is necessary.
