Payments Pricing (Treasury Services) - Senior Associate

As a member of the team driving market strategy for one of the most innovative banks, your role will involve leading in complex pricing execution scenarios and handling ad-hoc requests for our largest global clients. You will act as a liaison between Sales and Product teams, providing innovative solutions that consider holistic client relationships and product-specific concerns. Your responsibilities will also include improving pricing models for complex deals, enhancing controls over data inputs and outputs, and developing model efficiencies. Additionally, you will integrate pricing models across targeted products and business strategies, as well as develop client-based reporting to support Sales in pitching unique offerings and potential client savings. Furthermore, you will facilitate custom deal reviews, conduct financial data mapping and reconciliation, and manage team priorities independently with strong work ethics. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead complex pricing execution scenarios and ad-hoc requests for largest global clients - Act as a liaison between Sales and Product teams to provide innovative solutions - Improve pricing models for large and complex deals - Enhance controls over data inputs, outputs, and model efficiencies - Integrate pricing models across product and business strategies - Develop client-based reporting for Sales pitches - Facilitate custom deal reviews and financial data reconciliation - Manage team priorities independently with good work ethics **Qualifications Required:** - 6+ years of experience in pricing, product, TS sales, finance, or consulting roles - Strong financial modeling skills, including financial statement analysis and business case development - Detail-oriented problem-solving approach with ability to structure complex problems and develop data-driven solutions - Executive presence with effective communication skills for senior stakeholders - Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders - Strategic thinking ability to proactively create new solutions - Strong project and process management skills - Excellent command of MS Excel and PowerPoint, familiarity with analytical and data visualization tools In addition to the required qualifications, preferred qualifications for this role include a degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or Business, with an MBA being preferred. Experience with pricing and/or valuation, along with a team-oriented and inquisitive mindset, will be beneficial. Previous experience in analysis and strategy, along with fact-based writing and storytelling skills, will also be advantageous for this position.,
