Role Overview: Join the J.P. Morgan Liquidity & Account Solutions (L&AS) team to collaborate with global clients facing intricate cash management requirements. As a Product Associate in Liquidity and Account Solutions (L&AS), you will play a crucial role in supporting the transformative change agenda of Account Solutions Core Services on a global scale. Your responsibilities will involve analyzing regulatory advancements, crafting operating models for optimization, addressing client inquiries, and aiding deal reviews. Building strong partnerships with various teams such as Product Management, Sales, Technology, Operations, Legal, and Compliance is essential for success. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze regulatory advancements and craft operating models for optimization. - Understand client business structures and address client and regulatory inquiries. - Support activities related to ultimate beneficiary visibility, VS deal reviews, and legal document negotiations. - Gather and evaluate metrics on product performance and support the regional Product Manager in day-to-day administration. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential solutions aligning with client needs and business objectives. - Contribute to the formulation of the L&AS product strategy and roadmap while ensuring the maintenance of risk & control frameworks. - Partner with stakeholders to offer guidance, analysis, and issue escalation. Qualification Required: - Relevant experience in product management or Financial Services - Consulting / Strategy. - Exposure to product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition. - Exceptional organizational proficiency with the ability to manage conflicting priorities within tight deadlines. - Proactive nature and demonstrated ability to foster collaboration and build strong relationships. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills with the ability to comprehend intricate regulations and legal documents. - Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel with meticulous attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, capable of crafting executive-level communications.
