Payment Research Analyst

In this Analyst role based out of Noida, your primary purpose will be to support various business areas with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution. You will collaborate with teams across the bank to align and integrate operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop operational procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will also include developing reports and presentations on operational performance, identifying industry trends, and participating in projects to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. - Support various business areas with day-to-day initiatives including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution. - Collaborate with teams across the bank to align and integrate operational processes. - Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations in operational processes. - Develop and implement operational procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency. - Develop reports and presentations on operational performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders. - Identify industry trends and developments to implement best practices in banking operations. - Participate in projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications Required: - Basic understanding of debits, credits, general ledger entries, and financial reconciliations in SAP. - Strong skills in risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, and digital technology.,
