Payment Lifecycle Vice President

Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving the execution of operational strategy and presenting business updates to critical stakeholders, including senior leadership and external clients. Your main focus will be ensuring compliance with operational guidelines and policies. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate accountability by quickly identifying and articulating issues, collaborating with stakeholders to assess risk, managing activities affecting the production environment, and prioritizing resolution. Your role will also involve fostering an inclusive culture by enhancing employee engagement, attracting and developing talent, and applying advanced coaching and mentoring skills to promote professional growth and high-quality service delivery. Furthermore, you will be expected to progress transactions in specific queues and reconcile breaks on various accounts. Participation in documentation gathering and review for internal/external audits is also a key part of this role.
