Position Summary As the Business Applications Manager (GCC India) at Sonny's Enterprises, you will be responsible for leading the India-based global capability center (GCC) team that supports enterprise applications, digital platforms, and business technology services. In this role, you will oversee both functional and technical delivery across various systems such as SAP, Salesforce, ecommerce, data analytics, and internal collaboration tools like SharePoint. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring system stability, driving enhancement initiatives, supporting global projects, and leading a diverse cross-functional team of analysts, developers, and technical staff. As the Network & Communication Systems specialist, your primary responsibility will be to implement and manage plant-wide connectivity including wired, wireless, and SD-WAN technologies. In the realm of Server & Data Center Operations, you will oversee the operation of on-premises server rooms or micro data centers that cater to localized workloads. The ideal candidate must hold a valid CISA or CISSP certification and demonstrate deep expertise in IT general controls (ITGC), risk management, cybersecurity, and compliance. This role is focused solely on IT audits and advisory, not statutory or financial audits. Key Responsibilities: Lead and perform IT audits, including ITGC testing, automated controls reviews, and application audits across various environments. Evaluate cybersecurity controls, risk mitigation practices, and IT governance processes. Conduct assessments for SOX IT compliance, SOC 1/SOC 2, GDPR, and other regulatory frameworks.
