Position Summary As the Business Applications Manager (GCC India) at Sonny's Enterprises, you will be responsible for leading the India-based global capability center (GCC) team that supports enterprise applications, digital platforms, and business technology services. In this role, you will oversee both functional and technical delivery across various systems such as SAP, Salesforce, ecommerce, data analytics, and internal collaboration tools like SharePoint. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring system stability, driving enhancement initiatives, supporting global projects, and leading a diverse cross-functional team of analysts, developers, and technical staff. As the Network & Communication Systems specialist, your primary responsibility will be to implement and manage plant-wide connectivity including wired, wireless, and SD-WAN technologies. You will also be tasked with ensuring secure and high-availability network access for both production and support systems. Monitoring and optimizing network traffic, latency, and failover configurations will be integral to your role. In the realm of Server & Data Center Operations, you will oversee the operation of on-premises server rooms or micro data centers that cater to localized workloads. Your duties will extend to supporting virtualization, storage management, backup, and disaster recovery initiatives. Additionally, you will coordinate hybrid cloud extensions for non-real-time workloads. In the domain of IT Operations & Support, your responsibilities will encompass overseeing end-user computing, printers, and plant floor devices. You will be in charge of managing asset lifecycle, hardware procurement, and vendor coordination. Providing 24/7 IT support for critical manufacturing zones will also fall under your purview. As a Team Leader, you will be expected to lead an IT support team or system integrator resources at the plant. Working knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and backup systems is also essential. Exposure to Security & Compliance practices, such as implementing cybersecurity controls per international standards, monitoring endpoints, network security, intrusion detection, and ensuring data integrity and compliance, particularly for R&D/engineering IP, will be advantageous. Furthermore, experience in Enterprise & Cloud Integration, collaborating with enterprise IT for ERP (SAP), PLM, Active Directory, email, AD & VPN, and supporting hybrid cloud environments for DevOps or data analytics platforms, will be beneficial.,

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced IT Audit Specialist with a proven track record in Big 4 consulting firms (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG). The ideal candidate must hold a valid CISA or CISSP certification and demonstrate deep expertise in IT general controls (ITGC), risk management, cybersecurity, and compliance. This role is focused solely on IT audits and advisory, not statutory or financial audits. Key Responsibilities: Lead and perform IT audits, including ITGC testing, automated controls reviews, and application audits across various environments. Evaluate cybersecurity controls, risk mitigation practices, and IT governance processes. Conduct assessments for SOX IT compliance, SOC 1/SOC 2, GDPR, and other regulatory frameworks. Work closely with internal stakeholders and client teams to identify control weaknesses and recommend remediation strategies. Participate in risk assessments, control design evaluations, and implementation of industry best practices. Document findings, prepare reports, and present results to senior leadership or client executives. Stay updated on emerging IT risks, technologies, and industry regulations to enhance audit effectiveness. Required Qualifications: 6+ years of IT audit experience with exclusive background in Big 4 firms (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG). Professional certification: CISA (required); CISSP or other security certifications are a plus. Strong knowledge of ITGCs, application controls, and security frameworks (COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001). Experience in ERP systems audits (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and cloud environment assessments (AWS, Azure, GCP). Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a client-facing environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with SOC 1/SOC 2 reporting, vulnerability assessments, or data privacy audits. Familiarity with tools like Archer, ServiceNow GRC, or audit analytics platforms. Exposure to IT risk advisory or cybersecurity transformation projects.
