Payment Follow-Up Specialist

We're Hiring: Payment Follow-Up Specialist – Full-Time | Kochi, Kerala

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Payment Follow-Up Specialist to join our team in Palarivattom, Kochi.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking outstanding payments, following up with clients (especially UAE-based), and maintaining clear records of all transactions and communications.

Office Location: Palarivattom, Kochi, Kerala Client Base: UAE & Local Work Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–3 years in a similar role preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up regularly with clients for pending payments and overdue invoices
• Maintain and update payment trackers and aging reports
• Coordinate with the accounts team to reconcile invoices, receipts, and payment status
• Communicate with clients through phone, email, and WhatsApp professionally and persistently
• Escalate long-pending cases to management when necessary
• Prepare and share weekly and monthly payment status reports
• Build good relationships with clients to ensure

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in payment follow-up, collections, or customer coordination
• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Strong follow-up skills, patience, and persistence
• Basic knowledge of Excel, email drafting, and invoice systems
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and manage time effectively
