DigiRDP, LLC / RackVolt Cloud Solutions Pvt. Ltd. provides digital infrastructure solutions for modern businesses. As part of our rapid growth, we are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional to join our Billing and Payments team.

Responsibilities

• Verify, record, and update customer invoice payments
• Track transactions across Stripe, Paddle, and cryptocurrency platforms
• Monitor and manage disputes, chargebacks, and fraud cases
• Validate cryptocurrency payments using Ledger and blockchain tools
• Identify discrepancies and ensure accurate financial records

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of payment systems and cryptocurrency
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential data
• Technical background or familiarity with digital platforms is preferred

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with SaaS, fintech, or digital products
• Knowledge of anti-fraud, compliance, or financial risk management
• Prior remote work experience
