About the Role:

Linux Support Associate (L1 Technical Support)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L1 technical support to clients through Email, Live Chat, and Support Tickets.
• Troubleshoot issues related to

  VPS and Dedicated (Bare Metal) Servers

  .
• Perform basic troubleshooting on

  Linux and Windows environments

  .
• Assist clients with

  RDP, VNC, and SSH-related

  queries.
• Support clients in using hosting panels such as

  cPanel, DirectAdmin, and Plesk

  .
• Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams when required.
• Ensure timely and effective communication with clients, delivering a high standard of customer service.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in a

  Web Hosting / VPS Hosting company

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  VPS and Dedicated Servers

  .
• Basic troubleshooting knowledge of

  Linux and Windows OS

  .
• Experience working with

  RDP, VNC, and SSH

  .
• Familiarity with

  cPanel, DirectAdmin, and Plesk

  .
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):

• Knowledge of

  Virtualizor, WHMCS, or SolusVM

  .
