We’re looking for a highly experienced Pattern Master cum Technical Expert to join our growing fashion team. The ideal candidate should have 15–20 years of hands-on experience in manual pattern making, and be able to develop accurate patterns from tech packs, images, or reference samples. CAD skills are not mandatory — strong manual expertise is what we value.

Responsibilities:

• Create precise manual patterns for women's Western wear (dresses, co-ords, tops, etc.)
• Work from tech packs, sketches, or reference images
• Handle fittings, corrections, and sample adjustments
• Collaborate with design, sampling, and production teams
• Ensure production-friendly and scalable patterns

Requirements:

• 15–20 years of experience in manual pattern making
• Strong understanding of garment construction and fit
• Ability to interpret tech packs and create from visual references
• Experience with export/online-focused Western wear styles
• Good communication & coordination skills
• CAD not mandatory
