Pattern Maker

We are seeking an experienced Pattern Master with a strong background in western wear, specifically womenswear, to join our team in Kochi, Kerala. As a highly skilled professional, you will be responsible for developing accurate patterns based on brand-specific size charts, ensuring precision in fit, draping, and garment structure. Your expertise in size grading and technical detailing will be crucial in collaborating with the design team to bring concepts to life with attention to craftsmanship. Previous experience in menswear cutting is considered a plus. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with leading designer brands and possess strong technical knowledge of pattern-making in contemporary western wear. You should be able to translate design concepts into well-executed patterns, showcasing a detail-oriented approach and a deep understanding of fabric behavior and draping techniques.
