Pattern Maker

Role Summary:
A Pattern Master is responsible for creating templates (patterns) used in the cutting and stitching of garments. They interpret fashion designs or customer requirements into physical paper or digital patterns that serve as the blueprint for fabric cutting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand design sketches or customer measurements.
• Develop master patterns for different garment styles (shirts, pants, uniforms, etc.).
• Modify existing patterns to suit new designs or sizes.
• Ensure precision in size, shape, and fitting.
• Work with designers and cutting masters to optimize fabric usage.
• Make sample garments to test fit and adjust patterns accordingly.
• Maintain pattern records for repeated use.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of garment construction and fabric types.
• Expertise in manual pattern making and/or CAD-based pattern design.
• Ability to do body measurements and size grading.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Minimum experience of 2-5 years (preferred).

Required Skills:

• Expertise in manual and/or digital pattern making.
• Strong understanding of garment construction and fabric behavior.
• Attention to detail and precision.
• Experience with CAD software is an advantage.

Eligibility:

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in uniforms or bulk garment production preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
