Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for a women’s garment Pattern Maker located in Jaipur. The Pattern Maker will be responsible for creating precise patterns for garment production, ensuring proper fitting, using sewing techniques to construct and test prototypes, and collaborating with design teams. The role also involves utilizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for pattern drafting and adjustments. The software we use is RICHPEACE & the expertise needed is in women’s western wear pattern making. Qualifications Proficiency in Pattern Making and Pattern Design womens westernwear. Strong skills in Fitting and Sewing Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software related to garment construction Attention to detail and excellent precision in creating garment patterns Ability to communicate effectively with the design and production teams Basic knowledge of fabric types and their impact on garment construction is an asset
