Key Responsibilities: Operate molding machine and sand plant equipment as per standard operating procedures (SOPs). Maintain correct sand quality parameters (moisture, resin ratio, hardness, etc.) for moulding operations. Monitor sand mixing, reclamation, and distribution processes. Conduct routine checks and report any mechanical or process abnormalities to the supervisor. Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness in the work area.
