Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pattern Grader and Marker with 3 to 5 years of experience in the apparel industry. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Optitex Software and capable of accurately grading patterns and creating efficient markers to optimize fabric usage while maintaining garment fit and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grade patterns to various sizes based on size specifications and technical requirements.
• Create efficient fabric markers to reduce wastage and optimize fabric consumption.
• Ensure patterns are production-ready, maintaining accuracy in fit, balance, and measurement.
• Collaborate with pattern makers, designers, and production teams to ensure feasibility and consistency of patterns across sizes.
• Digitize and modify patterns using Optitex Software.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with sizing standards and brand requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and file management of patterns and markers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any pattern or marker-related issues in coordination with the production team.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in pattern grading and marker making in the fashion or garment industry.
• Proficient in Optitex Software – digitizing, grading, and marker making.
• Solid understanding of garment construction, sizing standards, and pattern fit.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other CAD/CAM garment software is a plus.
• Knowledge of fabric types and behavior during production.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
