Location: Pune (Senapati Bapat Road, behind JW Marriott Hotel)
Work Mode: On-site | Monday to Saturday | 10 AM – 7 PM
Experience: 0–1 years (Open to talented freshers with strong portfolios)
Salary: upto ₹2.5 LPA (based on skills and experience)

Our upcoming Wallpaper Collection blends art, craft, and modern interiors, and we’re looking for a Pattern Designer who can bring stories to life through thoughtful, hand-crafted designs.

Role Overview

The Pattern Designer will conceptualize, design, and develop original patterns for wallpapers and surface prints. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of composition, color, and motif development, and the ability to translate traditional and contemporary art influences into commercial design collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Create original repeat patterns and surface designs for wallpaper collections.
• Develop mood boards, color palettes, and design concepts aligned with seasonal and thematic directions.
• Work closely with the founder and design team to evolve design narratives.
• Digitally refine and prepare artwork files for production and printing.
• Research art styles, trends, and motifs across Indian and global design movements.
• Maintain an organized digital library of artworks and pattern iterations.
• Collaborate with vendors, printers, and the production team for sampling and color matching.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Textile Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Procreate.
• Strong understanding of color, scale, and composition.
• Experience with surface pattern repeats (manual or digital).
• Interest in Indian art, craft, and textile traditions is a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet timelines.

Nice-to-Have

• Knowledge of print processes (digital/rotary/screen).
• Illustration or painting skills.
• Prior experience in home décor, wallpaper, or surface design industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
