PatilKaki is a women-led F&B brand bringing authentic homemade snacks, sweets and delicacies from our kitchen to your hearts. With our first retail store in Dadar West, we are on a mission to build a community-driven brand rooted in taste, trust, and tradition.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Store Manager who will own the operations of our Dadar West store. This role requires someone who is responsible, people-friendly, and operationally sharp to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

Key Responsibilities

1) Oversee daily store operations, staff schedules, and customer experience.
2) Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and FSSAI standards.3) Manage inventory, stock levels, vendor coordination, and store display.4) Drive sales through upselling, customer engagement, and local marketing activities.5) Handle billing, cash management, and daily reconciliation.6) Train, motivate, and supervise store staff to maintain high service standards.7) Report store performance, expenses, and issues to management.

Requirements

1) In case you are a Fresher but have a background in the HM / Hospitality / Sales please go ahead and drop your details below.
2) Hungry to learn and grow and willing to put in the time and efforts required to grow the Store setup.3) Graduate / Diploma (Hospitality, Retail, or Business preferred).4) 0–5 years of experience in retail / food & beverage / quick service restaurants.5) Strong communication & leadership skills.6) Customer-first approach with problem-solving ability.7) Comfortable working with POS systems and basic Excel/Google Sheets.8) Willingness to work weekends and extended hours if required.
