Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Patient Sales Manager to spearhead our patient acquisition and revenue growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare sales, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding patient experiences. This role is pivotal in driving revenue through strategic patient engagement and service promotion.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Acquisition & Revenue Generation: Develop and implement strategies to attract new patients and increase service utilization, directly impacting revenue growth.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and referral sources to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and patient needs to identify opportunities for service expansion and improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and clinical teams to align sales strategies with service offerings and patient care objectives.
• Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, patient feedback, and market dynamics to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in healthcare sales or a similar role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess market trends and patient needs.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in patient services or healthcare marketing.
• Knowledge of local healthcare market dynamics in Bengaluru.
• Proficiency in multiple languages, including Kannada and English.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
