Patient Relation Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Patient Relationship Officer to oversee patient care coordination at our super specialty clinics. The role involves supporting patients, managing data, and ensuring seamless care across various departments and referral processes.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients, ensuring a positive experience from registration through consultation and referral.

• Assist and direct patients during specialist clinic days (e.g., Cardiologist on Tuesdays, Ortho on Wednesdays, Nephrology on Thursdays, Neuro/Urology/Surgery on Fridays).WhatsApp-Image-2025-09-11-at-16.26.27_78c3b4be.jpg

• Maintain comprehensive data on all patients, including referrals and any escalations.

• Monitor and address any patient concerns, ensuring smooth communication between patients, doctors, and departments.

• Report and document patient and referral activities accurately for management review.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage patient data using basic computer applications.

• Previous experience in healthcare or patient interaction roles preferred.

• Empathy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to join immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
