Patient Experience Executive - IPD / OPD

As a Medical - Patient Experience professional, your role will involve executing the Patient Experience Service Delivery Model for Customer Excellence across IPD/ OPD. You will be responsible for ensuring that the customer/guest/patients are informed users of the services across IPD/ OPD.
