• Provide empathetic and professional counselling to patients, addressing their concerns and questions regarding their health and treatment options.
• Assist patients in understanding their medical conditions and the necessary steps for treatment, ensuring they feel supported throughout the process.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Conduct follow-up calls and meetings to monitor patient progress and satisfaction, making adjustments to care plans as necessary.
• Utilize sales techniques to promote healthcare services and products that may benefit patients, ensuring ethical practices are maintained.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, documenting all interactions and care plans in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance counselling skills and stay updated on the latest healthcare trends.
  

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or a related field.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in patient care, counselling, or a related role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Basic knowledge of healthcare systems and patient rights.
• Proficiency in sales techniques and the ability to promote services effectively.
• Willingness to work on-site during day shifts in a fast-paced environment.
