Counsel outpatients and their families regarding diagnosis and our cancer treatment
Taking care patient concerns, clarifying queries and reassuring them about our services
Act as the primary point of contact between the patient, family and treating consultants
Handle patient queries with empathy, patience, our services and professionalism
Coordinate with doctors and front desk to ensure a seamless patient consultation
Maintain accurate counselling records, conversion statistics and patient feedback
Provide emotional support to patients and families decision making for treatment
Generate Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports on patient conversion ratios and trends.
Must have Hospital Management in UG/PG with minimum 3-5 years of experience
Work as patient counselling experience should be into the Healthcare Sector/Hospitals
Follow up with the already connected patients on a regular basis, convince for treatment
Counselling part for precautions, diet plan, yoga and emotional motivation to patients
Must have good communication skills and must be soft spoken along with polite manner
Ensure compliance with our ayurveda hospital policies, standards and NOC formalities
Hospital exposure and immediately joining candidates are preferable for this position.
