Job Description

Patient Assistance : Greet and assist patients through their entire journeyfrom registration to consultation, diagnostics, and surgery. Consultation Support : Guide patients to the correct department, doctor, or counselor based on their needs. Appointment Handling : Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments as per doctor availability and patient preference. Information Sharing : Provide patients with clear information about procedures (like Cataract, LASIK, Retina exams), wait times, and preparation instructions. Support During Investigations : Help patients navigate diagnostic procedures like Eye Scans, FFA, OCT, or Visual Field Tests. Surgery Coordination : Assist with surgery scheduling, documentation, consent form signing, and pre-op preparation. Patient Feedback & Follow-up : Collect patient feedback, follow up post-surgery or consultation, and maintain a strong rapport with patients. Data Entry & Record Maintenance : Update electronic medical records and ensure accuracy in patient files. Cross-Department Liaison : Coordinate with doctors, optometrists, counselors, billing, and insurance teams for seamless patient flow.
