Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Help residents with their daily activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and using the toilet.
Support movement and help them walk or shift safely to avoid falls or injuries.
Assist with meals and give reminders for medicines as per instructions.
Inform the nurse or supervisor if you notice any change in their health, mood, or behavior.
Keep the room and surroundings clean and hygienic.
Offer emotional support and friendly companionship to make them feel comfortable.
Help with simple exercises or activities as guided by the care team.
Always follow safety and hygiene rules to protect the residents health.
