Location: Oshiwara, Andheri West, MumbaiType: Full-TimeExperience: 1–3 years preferredAbout UsThe SkinTalk Clinic is a premier dermatology and aesthetic center in Mumbai, led by Dr. Pooja Chopra. We specialize in personalized skincare, acne treatments, anti-aging solutions, and hair restoration. We’re looking for a proactive and organized Client Coordinator to be the bridge between our patients and our clinical team.Key Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule client appointments using clinic software
• Maintain a daily communication list to follow up with clients regarding treatments and queries

• Coordinate with the doctor to resolve patient concerns and ensure timely responses
• Plan and organize the next day’s patient schedule for smooth clinic flow
• Respond to online inquiries via WhatsApp, email, or social media
• Share online registration forms and clinic address with new or prospective clients
• Assist patients in booking their next appointments after procedures
• Dispense prescribed medicines and help patients understand treatment brochures
• Ensure appropriate consent and registration forms are filled and documented
• Take out and file back patient charts as per daily appointments
• Provide a warm, professional, and helpful experience to every client

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduation in any discipline
• Good command of spoken and written English

• Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic software tools
• Experience with clinic or appointment management systems is a plus
• BPharm or a diploma in pharmacy will be an added advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving ability and leadership qualities
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work well in a team
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Prior experience in a clinic, salon, or customer service role preferred

Work Schedule

• The clinic operates 7 days a week, including Sundays
• Week offs are provided on a rotational basis
