Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator Location : Mumbai (Andheri, Chakala) Working : 6 Days WFO Minimum Exp : 4 Years of Hospital/ Medical Device Industry Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring patients receive comprehensive care by coordinating treatment plans, facilitating communication between medical professionals, and providing outstanding patient support. Roles and Responsibilities Manage patient care services, including admission, discharge, and transfer processes. Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth hospital operations. Handle patient complaints and grievances in a professional manner. Supervise OPD activities such as registration, consultation, and diagnostic procedures. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements. Act as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring seamless communication between orthopedic healthcare providers, patients, and their families. The candidate must be capable of managing doctors or surgeons on an individual basis. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in clinical administration or related field (nursing). Strong knowledge of hospital administration, hospital management, medical services, healthcare management, legal compliance, doctor activities, and orthopedics. Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with various departments (OPD/OT/Doctor Activities). Ability to work efficiently under pressure during emergency situations.
