Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Greet, guide, and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring accuracy and minimal wait times.
  • Maintain patient records and update information in the system accurately.
  • Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist in processing patient registrations, billing, and insurance documentation.
  • Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills in english.
  • Compassionate, patient-focused, and culturally sensitive.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and accuracy..

Experience:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in patient coordination, front office, or customer service within a healthcare setting.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or any related field.
  • Additional training in Customer Service or Healthcare Communication will be an advantage.
