Patient Care Assistant

As a Patient Care Assistant (PCA) at our healthcare facility, you will be responsible for providing direct and basic care to patients under the supervision of nurses. Your role will involve assisting patients with personal needs such as hygiene, feeding, and mobility. You will also play a crucial part in monitoring vital signs, maintaining a clean environment, and offering emotional support to patients in need. Key Responsibilities: - Bathing, grooming, and feeding patients - Taking and recording vital signs - Assisting with physical therapy - Ensuring patient safety and comfort To excel in this role, you must possess empathetic qualities, be attentive to patient needs, and have strong communication skills to effectively interact with both patients and the healthcare team.
