Patient Care Assist patients with mobility, feeding, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene. Support nursing staff in shifting patients to/from beds, stretchers, and wheelchairs. Monitor patient comfort and promptly report any health or safety concerns to nurses. Provide basic assistance in taking vital signs (if trained). Ensure drinking water and other patient needs are regularly attended to. Housekeeping & Hygiene Clean and sanitize patient rooms, wards, waiting areas, and restrooms. Change bed linen, pillow covers, and blankets as per hospital protocols. Dispose of medical and general waste in accordance with biomedical waste management rules. Replenish cleaning supplies and report any shortages or maintenance issues. Maintain high standards of infection control and hygiene.
