Job Summary:

We are hiring experienced Patient Callers (Medical Caller) to join our growing team in Hyderabad. Candidates, with International inbound call Centre Experience, in-depth knowledge and experience of the US healthcare RCM process who are looking for a great work environment with exciting perks we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Any graduate who possesses at least 1 year experience in an international call centre, specifically in US-based voice processes/Patient Calling

• Prior experience in dealing with US healthcare clients

• Customer-oriented attitude with professionalism - Answer Incoming queries, making outbound calls and respond to patient query in timely manner.

• Calling patients to ask for outstanding balances

• Resolving patient queries regarding their balance

• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.

• Obtain and enter accurate demographic information into the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) as needed;

• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times

• Striving to achieve first call resolution and maintain the quality of service provided

• Ensure that the deliverables to the client adhere to the quality standards

• Identify issues and escalate the same to the immediate supervisor and the Team Leader (If necessary)

• Update Production logs

• Should adherence to the company policies & procedures

• Analyses outstanding claims and initiates collection efforts as per aging report to get claims reimbursed.

Good to have Key Skills:

1. Should have 1 to 5 Years of International inbound call Centre/Patient calling Experience.

2. Good English speaking, written communication and interpersonal skills

3. Very detail oriented and thorough

4.Strong knowledge in US Healthcare Preferred.

5. Excellent Knowledge on RCM, Medicare, Medicaid, Hospice, HMO, PPO, POS, EPO, MCO

6. Ability to understand the client requirements and specifications of the project

7. Should ensure the targeted collections are met on a daily / monthly basis

8. Should meet the productivity targets of clients within the stipulated time

9. Experience with EHR (Electronic Health Records)

10. Should prepare and Maintain status reports on a weekly and monthly basis

11. Typing Skills: 30 words/min.

12. Familiar with Microsoft office suite

Education: Graduation Mandatory.

Location: Orbit Towers, Hitech City - Hyderabad.

Shift Timings:

Should be flexible with US shift timings (5:30 pm to 2:30 am).
