Job Description

Openings for freshers and experienced in Patient Calling(US healthcare)

Experienced in other field with Excellent English communication skills can also apply for the fresher/entry level openings

Job Roles :

Work in teams that strive to achieve team goal In some cases
To make calls to patients on behalf of doctor's office
Absorb all business rules provided by the customer and process transactions with a high standard of accuracy and within the stipulated turnaround time

Desired Candidate profile :

Should be Willing to work in Night shift (5.30 PM to 2.30 or later)
Should be willing to join immediately for work from office mode
Any degree is mandatory
Should have minimum 6 months to 2 years experience in Patient calling field in medical billing (US healthcare) Domain
Freshers or Experienced in other field candidates with excellent English communication skills can apply for entry level position (Graduates from 2022 passed out onwards only)
Should have Excellent English communication skills (Written and oral)
Should possess good typing skills and good knowledge in MS office(Excel Knowledge mandatory)
Cab Drop facility(One way) will be provided only for female candidates residing in nearby areas(Male candidates should be able to manage their travel)
Food facility available for all night shift employee.
Medical insurance coverage provided for all employees

Salary : Rs.17750/- to Rs. 30,000/- as CTC per month based on experience, performance and skills
