Non Voice Process (Vellore) - US Healthcare

Job Description:

• Monitor and manage incoming faxes related to medical records, patient referrals, claims, authorizations, and other healthcare documentation.
• Accurately sort, categorize, and file faxes electronically within the system.
• Ensure timely and proper routing of documents to appropriate teams or individuals.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of processed faxes in compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare standards.
• Handle inbound calls from healthcare providers, patients, and insurance companies regarding fax-related queries.
• Provide information and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Make outbound calls to clarify information, request additional documentation, or provide updates as required.
• Adhere to healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, to maintain the confidentiality of patient information.

Preferred Skills:

Should be willing to work in night shift (5.30 PM to 2.30 AM)

• Should be willing to work from office mode.
• Any degree / diploma is considered as mandatory
• Good communication skills (Written and Oral)
• Should possess good typing skills and good knowledge in MS office (Excel Knowledge mandatory.
• Should be willing to work for Minimum 1 year.
• Freshers or experience in other fields with our expected skill set can also apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
