Patent Search/Analytics Professional - Software and Electronics/Telecom

As an Extremely Strong and Competent Patent Searching Professional with a minimum of 1+ years of experience in conducting various types of searches in Core Telecom/Electronics/Software Domains, your role at IIPRD/K&K will involve: - Conducting all types of searching such as FTO, Patentability, Validity, EoU, Infringement Analysis, Licensing Support, and Claim Charts. - The key evaluation parameter will be your technical understanding of the subject matter and the depth to which you elaborate the invention in the specification. You should have a strong understanding of the Patent Act and be technically proficient to delve into the complete details of the invention. Your preferred work location can be the Noida/New Delhi Office, but candidates interested in working in Bangalore/Pune/Mumbai/Hyderabad/Chennai locations of IIPRD are also encouraged to apply. Your communication skills should be clear to effectively engage with clients, manage projects, mandates, business development opportunities, and client relationships. It is essential to be a strong team player and a positive contributor individually.
