Job Description

IPExcel is looking for Patent Drafting Professional to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and draft patent applications, including claims, descriptions, and drawings.
Conduct thorough research on existing patents and technologies to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement patent strategies.
Analyze and interpret complex technical information to create clear and concise patent documents.
Develop and maintain relationships with external counsel and other stakeholders.
Stay up-to- with changes in patent laws and regulations.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of patent laws, regulations, and procedures.
Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Familiarity with intellectual property laws and regulations, including trademark and copyright laws.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Proficiency in using software and tools for patent drafting and management.
