Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with the business and R&D teams to manage patent information effectively, enhance the global patent portfolio, and formulate strategic patent strategies. Your expertise will be essential in identifying patentable inventions, acquiring high-quality patent assets, offering technical and legal analysis, and delivering patent information to internal and external stakeholders. Your support will also be pivotal in enforcement activities within India. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Prepare IP opinions such as patentability and FTO assessments. - Provide insightful analysis of search results from diverse sources. - Monitor technology, competition, and geography via patent watches and communicate key findings to R&D and Business teams. - Assist in patent oppositions and offer technical backing for enforcement activities through research and case analysis. **Educational Background:** - Bachelor/Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, ECE, Chemical, or Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from renowned academic institutions. **Desired Skills & Experience:** - Profound expertise in search and analytics within a KPO/In-house/Law firm setting, dealing with extensive patent datasets spanning 2-10 years. - Possess a degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Physics, M.Sc, or B.Sc. - Strong proficiency in patent search databases and analytical tools. - Excellent command over the English language, both written and verbal.,
