Core Sync is partnering with a leading IP law firm specializing in patent drafting, prosecution, and intellectual property advisory for global clients.

Open Positions:

📌 Patent Drafting Associates

📍 Location: NCR Region

💼 Experience: 3–5 years

🎓 Qualification: Engineering Graduates / Postgraduates / PhDs

Mandatory Technical Domains:

• Mechanical Engineering

• Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)

Core Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

✔ Prior hands-on patent drafting experience in Hi-Tech and Mechanical domains (mandatory)

✔ Proven ability to independently draft high-quality patent specifications and claims

✔ Strong understanding of patentability analysis, prior art searches, and prosecution fundamentals

✔ Exposure to drafting for global jurisdictions (US/EU preferred)

✔ Strong technical comprehension and attention to detail

What We’re Looking For:

• Candidates with a genuine interest in technology, innovation, and intellectual property

• Ability to work closely with inventors and translate complex technology into robust patent applications

• Experience working with MNCs, startups, or universities is an added advantage
