Job Description

Patch Management:

Creation on package for routine push
Sound knowledge on SCCM technology
Deploy and manage security patches and updates for Windows and other operating systems.
Sound knowledge patch rollout and monitoring,
Monitor patch deployment progress and identify any issues or failures.
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure timely and effective patching.

AV Solution Management:

Deploy and configure Trillix AV, Saphhire IMS patch tool
Monitor EDR alerts and incidents, and investigate potential threats.
Respond to security incidents, taking appropriate actions to contain and remediate threats.
Configure and maintain EDR policies and rules.

Endpoint Security:

Implement and enforce endpoint security policies and configurations.
Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
Stay up-to-date on the latest security threats and vulnerabilities.

Documentation and Communication:

Maintain detailed documentation of security configurations and procedures.
Communicate security issues and recommendations to stakeholders.
Provide technical support to other IT staff and end-users.
Coordinate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
