Role Overview: As a Pastry Chef Instructor based in Annanagar, Chennai, your primary responsibility will be to teach baking and pastry arts to students. This will involve developing lesson plans, conducting hands-on training sessions, and ensuring a safe and sanitary learning environment. Your role also includes evaluating student performance, maintaining inventory of supplies, and updating the curriculum to align with current industry trends. Key Responsibilities: - Instruct students in baking and pastry arts - Develop lesson plans - Conduct hands-on training sessions - Ensure a safe and sanitary learning environment - Evaluate student performance - Maintain inventory of supplies - Update curriculum to reflect current industry trends Qualifications: - Strong skills in Bakery, Baking, and pastry - Proficiency in cake decorating fondant works - Excellent communication and instructional skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks - Previous teaching experience in the culinary field is a plus - Formal education in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred Please note that weekends will be working, and one weekday will be off. The working hours are from 10 am to 7 pm. The salary offered for this position ranges from 30,000 to 35,000 based on experience.,
