Job Description:

We are seeking an energetic and organized Party Coordinator to join our Vadodara team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding customers on how to organize parties at our venue, managing arrangements, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth execution of events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Explain party packages, add-ons, and experiences to walk-in and inquiry customers.
• Assist customers in planning and customizing their party experience.
• Coordinate with vendors (decorators, caterers, artists, etc.) for timely setup and execution.
• Oversee all arrangements including décor, activities, games, and dining.
• Manage pre-event checklists and on-ground execution during the event.
• Work closely with internal teams (operations, billing, kitchen, etc.) to ensure a seamless party experience.
• Handle customer queries and post-party feedback for service improvement.

Key Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in event coordination, party planning, or hospitality.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working weekends and holidays.
• Customer-oriented approach with a cheerful and proactive personality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
