We provide regulated infrastructure for cross-border financial connectivity, enabling businesses to manage global payment channels and institutional payout solutions through secure, compliant technology.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Growth Specialist Intern (Fiat/P2P/OTC) in Delhi, India. You will lead strategic initiatives to promote growth in over-the-counter (OTC), peer-to-peer (P2P), and fiat financial services as a Growth Specialist. Finding market possibilities, putting growth strategies into practice, running successful campaigns, overseeing projects, working with stakeholders, and hitting sales and revenue targets are all part of your everyday duties.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Effective communication skills to engage with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Proven experience in growth hacking and sales strategies to achieve business objectives
• Proficiency in project management to plan, execute, and oversee growth-related initiatives
• Problem-solving mindset, ability to adapt to dynamic markets, and a proactive attitude
• Familiarity with financial services, especially in Fiat, P2P, and OTC markets, is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
