Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for a Growth Specialist (Fiat/P2P/OTC). As a Growth Specialist, you will spearhead strategic initiatives to drive growth in fiat, peer-to-peer (P2P), and over-the-counter (OTC) financial services. Your daily responsibilities will include identifying opportunities in the market, implementing growth strategies, executing effective campaigns, managing projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and achieving sales and revenue objectives.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Effective communication skills to engage with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Proven experience in growth hacking and sales strategies to achieve business objectives
• Proficiency in project management to plan, execute, and oversee growth-related initiatives
• Problem-solving mindset, ability to adapt to dynamic markets, and a proactive attitude
• Familiarity with financial services, especially in Fiat, P2P, and OTC markets, is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
