Role Overview: CRED is an exclusive community for India's most trustworthy and creditworthy individuals. As a part of the team, you will be responsible for hunting new offline partners in lifestyle & wellness categories, engaging with business owners, onboarding partners on the CRED app, and supporting in driving user acquisition and premiumisation through partnerships. Key Responsibilities: - Hunt for new and upcoming offline partners across lifestyle & wellness categories. - Visit salons, gyms, wellness centers, and other outlets in the city to explore partnership opportunities. - Connect with business owners/managers, pitch CRED, and negotiate better-than-market offers. - Collaborate with the internal team to onboard partners and provide them visibility on the CRED app. - Support in driving new user acquisition and premiumisation through the established partnerships. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence, outgoing nature, and persuasive ability. - Resourceful and curious mindset with a keen eye for emerging trends in the city. - Practical thinking, sound judgment, and problem-solving skills. - Interest in learning about partnerships, business development, and sales. - Comfortable with both online research and on-ground networking/visits. - Ideal for college students/freshers eager to gain real-world experience.
