Salary : 2.4 LPA - 18000 INR Fixed

Timings: 10 AM to 6:30 PM

Workdays: Monday to Friday

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Partnership Management Associate. The role involves managing partnerships, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the satisfaction and success of our partners. Daily tasks include analyzing partner performance, providing training, managing projects, and coordinating with other departments to drive results and achieve business objectives.

Candidate need to Onboard and maintain relationship with Ad-tech Organizations located across the globe.

Candidate need to deliver marketing campaigns with help of these organizations and optimize campaigns as per the clients need.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess partner performance and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent Communication skills for maintaining relationships and coordinating with stakeholders
• Project Management skills to efficiently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Ability to provide Training to partners on our solutions and offerings
• Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the Ad Tech industry is a plus
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
