Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing Key Clients - HNIs and Ultra HNIs, providing expert relationship management experience. In liaison with the Corporate and Institutional Banking team, you will drive the acquisition of Personal Banking and Wealth Management relationships for Owner/ Promoters/ Directors/ CFOs/ Corporate Treasuries Wealth. Anticipating shifting customer expectations, you will take appropriate measures to ensure Yes Bank stays ahead of competitors. You will need to maintain a strong working knowledge of client portfolios/products to gain business wallet share from HNI and Ultra HNI clients. Regular engagement with mapped relationships, maintaining portfolio quality by ensuring profitability at each client level, and showcasing the full range of consumer and commercial banking products to existing and potential Key Clients will be essential. You will also contribute to the development of new products and services by channeling self and customer feedback to the respective Program Teams. Ensuring compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) requirements in all dealings with existing and potential customers is crucial. Participation in cross-functional activities to promote and nurture collective responsibility towards the institution's bigger objectives is expected.
