As a Partner at Wipro, you will lead a practice, vertical, or client account. Your responsibilities will include sales, consulting delivery, growth, and people development. You will be tasked with nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, converting consulting opportunities into sustainable engagements, enhancing consulting services, and driving business impact for Wipro. It is essential for Partners to achieve high personal billability rates. Your role involves the following key responsibilities: Consulting Execution: - Meet utilisation targets and embody Wipro's values - Focus on delivering high-quality assignments to ensure client satisfaction - Establish strong client relationships and be recognized as an industry expert - Manage practice and teams effectively for balanced delivery and business development - Collaborate with other practices to create tailored propositions - Stimulate demand for solutions by providing fresh insights and customization - Apply industry best practices in consulting delivery Business Development: - Ensure high levels of individual and team utilisation - Lead sales activities, bids, and proposals - Drive revenue generation for Wipro services - Manage practice sales pipeline and revenue targets - Develop and execute practice business/strategy plans - Build a network of client contacts at executive levels - Coordinate sales activities across the practice and engage in consultative selling Thought Leadership: - Be recognized as an industry thought leader - Share thought leadership with internal and external channels - Develop industry-leading insights and trends - Utilize case studies and track records in sales efforts - Present Wipro's thought leadership at external forums Contribution to Practice/Wipro: - Ensure timely delivery of administrative tasks - Drive internal initiatives for practice benefit - Encourage the use of IP and knowledge assets - Promote the creation and sharing of IP within the team - Develop market-relevant capabilities and service offerings - Engage in industry solution-related networks - Manage team targets in alignment with practice goals At Wipro, we are reimagining the future and seek individuals who are inspired by reinvention.
