Partner Onboarding Manager

As a Partner Onboarding Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for both internal and external stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with various stakeholders to streamline the onboarding process. - Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, including CDD, EDD, FDD, periodic reviews, MLRO responsibilities, AML, CFT, and sanctions screening. - Leading a team of 3-4 analysts to achieve onboarding objectives. - Identifying and addressing potential compliance issues and risks. - Driving continuous improvement in the onboarding process for enhanced efficiency. - Ensuring timely and accurate completion of all onboarding documentation and processes.
