As a Partner, you will engage in a revenue-sharing and retention model with the organization. We are seeking seasoned professionals with a robust network of HNI clients in luxury sectors, private banking, wealth management, high-value real estate, hospitality, or aviation. Your key responsibilities will include driving business development through your HNI/UHNWI networks, building and nurturing relationships with family offices and high-value clients, representing Valion in exclusive luxury forums and events, acting as a strategic advisor to clients for wealth and real estate investments, collaborating with Valion's internal teams for deal structuring and client servicing, and participating in business strategy discussions for long-term revenue growth. The ideal Partner should have at least 15 years of experience in luxury/HNI sales, private banking, wealth management, real estate, hospitality, or aviation, an established network of HNI/UHNWI/Family Offices, and a background in luxury-driven industries. Strong business development and networking skills, the ability to influence and close high-value deals, excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, as well as high integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism are essential qualities for the role. The engagement model includes no fixed salary, only approved reimbursements for business development activities, percentage-based earnings on generated business, and performance-based retention & rewards for consistent contributors.
